It is received on a Baofeng UV-5R handheld running in scan mode, so only analog FM voice traffic will be heard. Digital modes such as DMR, YSF/System Fusion, EchoLink, AllStar, and WIRES-X will not be decoded and will sound like brief bursts or noise.
