Monitoring FireEast, East 2, Lane 5, East 8, and McKenzie Net. This covers an area From the East side of I5 to The Upper McKenzie River area (Hwy 20 / Hwy 242).


This feed is from Leaburg, OR - Monitoring FireEast, East 2, Lane 5, East 8, and McKenzie Net. This covers an area From the East side of I5 to The Upper McKenzie River area (Hwy 20 / Hwy 242). In addition to McKenzie Fire and Upper McKenzie Fire, you will hear Dispatch and Ops for a variety of Lane County Fire Agencies.

In addition to Fire Department Dispatch and Response Traffic, this feed will contain Fire Department Traffic Control Operations. Also Note that the feed will also broadcast Weekly McKenzie Fire Training Excercises (Typically Wednesday 9-11am & 630-9pm), as well as special events and training excercises.

This is broadcast with a Kenwood TK-790 Mobile VHF Radio coupled to a communications tower (35') mounted antenna and connected via desktop computer, both on UPS and Generator for limited downtime in the event of a power outage. Additionally, internet services are via Cable internet, and now include an automatic failover to our backup system (Starlink).

All equipment is located at McKenzie Fire & Rescue Headquarters in Leaburg, Oregon.
