The radio stream is located in Lynn Ridge, SE Calgary slightly west of the Ogden controlled location on the Brooks Subdivision and the CPKC head office on Ogden Dale Road.

Calgary is the crossroads of the CPKC system in western Canada. It is a busy place as it is the 'away from home terminal' for Medicine Hat and Lethbridge crews.

All train movements within Calgary Terminal are made under the supervision of the Assistant Terminal or Terminal Trainmasters on CP4.

CPKC has recently made some major changes to their radio system nationwide. They are working through technical issues with overdriven audio from the RTC's on some channels and a lot of interference. "It is not my equipment."

Once I obtain a verified copy of their new channel plan, I will add the new Authority Channels, and upgrade from the present Motorola GM300 to SDR.

One new authority channel I managed to find is 161.265 AAR 77 on the Crowsnest Sub.

Presently the system uses a Laird FG1560 fiberglass antenna (the same one used on CPKC hotbox detectors), a Motorola GM300 radio, and a Dell Mini PC to stream via StarLink.
