KSICS feed for Kansas Highway Patrol Troop C.  Troop C is based in Salina and covers Chase, Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Geary, Jewell, Lincoln, Marion, Marshall, McPherson, Mitchell, Morris, Ottawa, Republic, Riley, Saline and Washington counties.

You may hear duplicated transmissions on this feed.  Dispatchers will often broadcast on both Dispatch 1 and Dispatch 2 at the same time, and this will come through as the same broadcast heard two times.  You may also hear the dispatcher talking, but not the unit they are talking to.  This usually means the unit is several counties away from Saline County.

Regular dispatch traffic is not encrypted on this system.  Secondary channels for personal information and sensitive events are encrypted and will not be heard in these feeds.
