Kansas Highway Patrol Troop C Dispatch 1, 2 and 3 channels.  KSICS talkgroups 1237, 1238, 1239.

Troop C covers Saline (where dispatch is located) as well as Chase, Clay, Cloud, Dickinson, Ellsworth, Geary, Jewell, Lincoln, Marion, Marshall, McPherson, Mitchell, Morris, Ottawa, Republic, Riley, and Washington counties.

The dispatchers often will speak on multiple talkgroups at the same time, and this will cause their messages to be duplicated in the stream.  The software is able to recieve multiple talkgroups at the same time, and will play back each talkgroup's transmissions even if they are really a duplicate.

You may also hear only the dispatcher talking at times but not the other unit they're speaking to.  This is a side-effect of how the system operates and usually means the unit talking is several counties away from Saline county.
