This broadcast will receive the NS Coastal Division on AAR 53 (160.905). Broadcasts can usually be heard from Brookhaven, GA - Duluth, GA along with three defect detectors: Goodwin at MP 626.6, Norcross at MP 619.0, and occasionally (although the signal isn't very strong), the 611.0 just north of Duluth. The Chamblee Trainmaster will also occasionally talk with trains about set offs or pickups before working Chamblee.

Some Intermediate signals are also located between these CP's. These Intermediates would include: Lenox, MP 628.9 (sometimes referred to as Roxboro by the Amtrak trains) located between Foremost and Goodwin, Doraville, MP 622.7 (located between Chamblee and Ray), Beaver Dam, MP 617.2, (between Norcross and Carolina), and Strickland Spring, MP 609.9 (sometimes referred to as just MP 610.0) between Duluth and Shadow Brook.
There are a couple of different dispatchers you will hear while listening to the feed, the first will be the Atlanta Terminal Dispatcher. They control the CP's from Birmont Jct (Milepost 634.9) all the way up to Ray (Milepost 621.4). After Ray, the North End dispatcher will be in charge of the remainder from Ray all the way up to Greenville, SC and beyond that. Each dispatcher also has specific tones that will be used by the engineers to get in touch with them, the Atlanta dispatchers will be (4-4-4) while the North Ends is (4-4-2).
Note: The radio used for this feed does use a fan to keep it cool, so this will be heard on the broadcast as it continues to cycle on and off a decent amount in the Fall and Winter months with the cooler air in the region.
