Located at 600ft MSL near waypoint WOODI (King/Snohomish border), this station is optimized to capture the complete "arrival journey" at KSEA Sea-Tac. This stream follows the narrative of a flight from final approach vectors through touchdown and across the tarmac to the gate. Some KBFI, KPAE traffic is also on this feed.

Prioritization Hierarchy:

• Tier 1 (Priority 10): KSEA Tower East. This remains the primary channel for landing clearances.

• Tier 2 (Priority 8): KSEA Tower West, SEA Entry, and SEA Trans. Optimized for the primary 16R landing runway and initial northern arrival flow.

• Tier 3 (Priority 6): Seattle Approach West. Captures the primary arrival narrative feeding the busy West Tower.

• Tier 4 (Priority 4): KSEA Departure. Initial climb-out instructions.

• Tier 5 (Priority 1): Seattle Approach East. Secondary arrival vectors, optimized to yield to all other traffic.
