City of New Orleans Mardi Gras Special Ops talk groups for PD & EMS units operating along parade routes. This feed will primarily be active most  Monday-Friday evenings beginning Friday Feb 3, and all day & evenings on weekends thru Mardi Gras day February 20. Included in this feed will be New Orleans citywide EMS dispatch, subject to their dispatch talk groups operating as non encrypted. Fire Department operations are NOT included, as any FD incidents along a parade route will be active on the separate NOFD feed.
