The following adjustments have been made for better "Call & Incident" flow.

EMS Alpha has been removed. Majority of the traffic on this talk group is general  crew <=> dispatch chatter.  This will result in a better listening experience.

Trunking Alignment has been adjusted for quicker activity detection.
