Scanner is based in Lake Orion, so some frequency's are static/can't be heard depending on the day. Orion and Oxford are always able to be heard and most of the time they are perfectly clear.
As much as I would like to include the local police radio frequencies, it is not possible. Oakland County police agencies use a "OpenSky 9600 baud" system. This system is not available to be heard on any radio scanner.
