Left side is broadcasting Anderson County Sheriff Department's digital primary channel. The Sheriff's Office uses 100, 1800 and 1900 numbers.
Right side is broadcasting Clinton PD North & South repeaters, Anderson County Emergency Managment Services, Clinton Fire Dept. Clinton PD uses 200 numbers, Oliver Springs PD uses 300 numbers, Norris PD uses 400 numbers, and Rocky Top (Lake City) PD uses 500 numbers.
Use the balance settings (L or R) on your computer or scanner app to listen to your prefered departments.
In Feburary Oak Ridge Police and Fire Depts switched to encrypted digital. I can no longer pick it up on a scanner. Sorry.

On 8/5/18 the Compaq computer that had been used for this feed (since it was started in 2009) quit working. It has been replaced by a Dell Dimension E521 (AMD Athlon x2 3800+) running Windows 7. Internet service is Comcast. The scanner for the left side is a Uniden Bearcat BDC996T. The right side is on a Uniden sportcat 200. I live in a dead zone for Oliver Springs PD and Rocky Top PD but sometimes they can be heard. If someone closer would like to start a feed for those departments send me a message and I will take them out of the scanner.
