  • All municipality Police and RCMP law enforcement are now encrypted and can NOT be decrypted.
  • Any Encrypted signal will NOT be broadcast.
  • As Analogue Services migrate to Digital, it will automatically be added from Feed #2 Analogue System to Feed #1 Digital System

How the System works:

The 5 towers are monitored for any Talk Group Department who transmits. 

5 Voice channels (acts like 5 scanners) will be able to listen and re-broadcast the transmissions to broadcastify. 


 

Equipment Used for Feed #1:

  • Computer Intel Core I5 @ 2.80 GHz

  • Untitrunker 2 Software - Control the Data Frequency Receiver and the Multiple Voice Receivers.

  • Trunking Recorder Software - Send Alphatag or Metadata description to Feed

  • Radio Feed Software - Broadcasts Feed to Broadcastify server.

  • Hardware: 2x USB Dongles RTL-SDR hooked up to each an external Antenna for Reception.
