Welcome to the CPKC/Metra Rail - Chicago radio stream.  Located on the north side of Chicago, this feed covers the east ends of Metra/CPKC's Elgin and C&M Subdivisions.  Metra commuter trains, Amtrak, and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) freight operations can be heard.  Radio reception of dispatcher towers is best, though some locomotive/cab car radios can be heard especially on the C&M Subdivision.  I have also added the CN Waukesha Sub and CN Road chfrequencies to the scanlist on an experimental basis, in hopes of picking up transmissions from Metra's North Central Service trains.
