Also monitored is Reg4T44, which is used by medical helicopter communication to the ground units on scene, along with SWIA4 Fire Mutual Aid talkgroups and AirMethodsWest. The Iowa Statewide Interoperable Communications System (ISICS) is the radio platform monitored, along with a few VHF paging frequencies.
