Weather Amateur Radio Network (WARN) - The WARN weather net covers 17 counties in southwest Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeast Indiana. The W8NWS net control point is located in WLW radio's newsroom.
The WB8CRS repeater is owned by the Cincinnati FM Club (CFMC) and hosts the Weather Amateur Radio Network (WARN), the Cincinnati, Ohio chapter of Skywarn. WARN conducts weather nets for the 17 counties surrounding Hamilton County, Ohio and uses the callsign W8NWS. The net control point for W8NWS is located in the newsroom at WLW radio studios.
